Damn it has been a while since I last posted on this blog. I want to give you guys an update and let you know I want to start another goal which I want to do and that is lose face fat. Since I make money from home I tend to sit all day, besides my morning exercises. Other than doing errands or going to the gym in the morning, I am usually at my office or at home desk – just sitting.
This isn’t healthy. I do exercise but I need to move my body throughout the day and I notice my face started to gain weight. So I am going monitor my progress via this blog on how I am attempting to lose my face fat.
I think I jinx’d myself when I wrote about the fat face app a little while ago…

So now I am in the progress of making my face skinny, if that makes sense. So let me tell you what I did yesterday, my first day in starting to get lean and ofcourse losing the fat on my neck and face. The exercise was simple and it was intense because I think I just need to do more cardio to lose the face fat. I am pretty sure there isn’t any exercises for your face, maybe chew gum?
Yesterday, I did a full body press with a combination of burpees and jump rope. I also included a chest workout but most of my workout was the intense non weight workout. Burpees are a bitch!
First, I started my workout on the treadmill doing a 10 minute warm up and then doing my chest workout, 4 sets. After that I then went into the stretch room and started my new workout. This workout is simple, something I thought that would produce an intense workout with some muscle involvement.
My goal is to lose face fat!
So I first started with a 60 pound arm bar and did a full body press, 20 reps. This got my heart going and my legs working at the same time. A full body press is what the exercise is, a full body press – working legs to shoulders to arms. It is a great workout. After doing 20 full body press reps, I then started burpees combining it with mountain climbers and pushups.

- Pushup
- Right Side Leg to Shoulder
- Pushup
- Left Side Leg to Shoulder
- Pushup
- Standup
That is my burpee routing, it is intense. I didn’t get use to it after my 3 set. My first couple sets was garbage, just doing 10. I wanted to do more but I couldn’t pull my body to do more. I was breathing heavy as I haven’t really done full body cardio workouts like that before. Even though I have done P90X, Insanity, and Asylum (starting) – my burpee combination is tough.
Next week I am planning to repeat this and my goal is to sweat the fat face off in attempt to lose it all. I will probably do this exercise about 3 times a week, I still need to include my regular workouts in as well. My goal is to lose face fat in just a month or 2. Summer is here!
